Nylon/PA
Including nylon, PA-CF (Polyamide-Carbon Fiber) and PA-GF (Polyamide-Glass Fiber). Tough and wear-resistant, but require strict conditions of printing temperature and nozzle hardness. |

ASA Filament:
ASA print temperature is 260-280 °C, and all the 2E Versions (print 2 colors) support 275 °C. If you want to print ASA, the ASA should be printed in an enclosed space, strongly recommended to use an outer housing. All other Versions (print 1 color) support 320 °C and can print ASA well.
Note: We don't have a 3D design of the enclosure, you can measure it manually once the printer gets so you can build an enclosure.

Installation and working principle of z-axis limit switch
Plug in the power cord and power on.
Click "System".
Click "Install z-stop".
Click the icon in the red box.
Click "V icon to lower the hot bed to the lowest point.
The hot bed at the Z1 position reaches the lowest point.
Here, the dot will become a red dot.

Fully Tested and Functional Prior to Shipping
While the printer is fully assembled and powered up we do the following test:
- Verify that main board powers up and that the display is operating / displaying normal.
- Connect USB port to PC and verify communications between main board and PC. Note any discrepancies and correct.
- Manually stoke all axis movement (X,Y,Z). Verify all movement smooth and unrestricted. Note any discrepancies and correct. Look for any wobble or movement shift.
- Home all axis (X,Y,Z). Verify homing successful. Note any discrepancies and correct.
- Perform auto bed level operation. Verify accuracy of auto level operation. Note any discrepancies and correct. Bed uniformity should not be crooked or warped and bed uniformity should be within plus or minus .01mm.
- Preheat the bed to 100 deg C, then measure temp with digital thermometer to verify accuracy. Note any discrepancies and correct. Bed should reach the specified temp.
- Preheat Hot-end to maximum 320 degrees temp, then measure temp with digital thermometer to verify accuracy. Note any discrepancies and correct. Hot-end should reach the specified temp.
- Print a test print of 3D object. Verify speed, object appearance, no layer shift. Note discrepancies and correct. If the ball screws are bent, rails not straight, or machine not square this test would reveal those problems.
