Configure Four Ball Screws
The ball screw transmission system is a point contact rolling motion, with low friction resistance, high sensitivity, no vibration during startup, and no crawling phenomenon at low speeds. Therefore, it can precisely control micro feed.
More Stable and Durable Metal Guide Rails
All guide rails are made of OSG external dual axis metal guide rails, which make the XYZ axis run smoother and have a longer lifespan.
Stronger Motor
Four Z-axis motors drive to ensure more stable printing.
High Temperature Printing Head Heats Up Quickly
It only takes 130 seconds to rise to 300°C at room temperature, and the maximum temperature of the nozzle can reach 325 °C.
Better Cooling System
The print head uses a turbo blower fan with a speed of up to 9000RPM, allowing the model to solidify quickly and improving the printing success rate.
Resume After Power Failure
If there is a sudden power outage during the printing process, the system will automatically save the printing progress. After power on, you can continue printing.
Dual Drive Extruder for Proximal Extrusion
Dual drive extruder can use consumables of 1.75mm and 2.85mm, compatible with various materials such as PLA, TPU, PETG, ABS, and other common consumables on the market. Near end extrusion is more conducive to printing flexible consumables.
Filament Detector
When it is detected that the filament is running out or disconnected, an alarm can be sounded in a timely manner and printing can be paused. After inserting the filament, printing can continue.
